EFOP-5.2.2-17-2017-00097 (leader: Eurotender Association)
The aim of the project is to create a comprehensive picture of the group of young people aged 18-30 (especially in the NEET category), to learn about their employment and general migration strategies, their career market image, long-term ideas and the conditions for their (re)integration into the labor market. The concept of NEETs (young people not in employment, education or training) has been widely used since 2010 as a tool for youth-centered policies in the 28 Member States of the European Union. The term includes unemployed and inactive young people who do not participate in any formal or non-formal education. Rising youth unemployment and problems with young people entering the labor market have been high on the agenda in Europe since the early 2000s. The number of NEET young people is a gradually increasing challenge for all of Hungary, Romania, and Serbia.
